Interests
People's interest is in the product, not in its authorship.
Cloud Computing
Modeled and articulated major aspects of highly scalable, reliable, and providing technical data solutions that leverage AWS cloud platform to develop IoT solutions.
Internet of Things
Worked on a rugged outdoor edge processor platform (NearSky 360) that provides power, uplink, and compute resources serving as a platform for Smart City solutions and sensors.
Data Engineering
Base for any business is it's data, skilled in architecting and developing the data layer for legacy, document, streaming, telemetry data systems.
Computer Vision & AI
Giving vision to computers is the best experience an engineer can experience, worked on License plate recognition, Object recognition/detection, Gunshot detection, Crowd detection for COVID-19 and many other uses cases.
Machine Learning
Extracting insights and trends by developing predictive analytics models for global smart cities by implementing AWS Machine learning stack and python libraries.
Database Management
Be it a relational database or Non relational database, experienced in managing multiple production instances of Oracle, MySQL, RDS, Postgres, MongoDB, Neo4j datastores and data marts.

Places where I've worked.
It's my absolute pleasure to recommend Lokesh Palacharla for a position in IT Industry. Lokesh worked in my team for two years at Tech Mahindra. I thoroughly enjoyed my time working with Lokesh, and came to know him as a truly valuable asset to our team. He is honest, dependable, and incredibly hardworking. Beyond that, he has an impressive technical knowledge in Java, AWS, Database, Query based languages, who was able to feel his peers most comfortable with not just at the work given to him but in all aspects. He is also a good mentor and ever enthusiastic to learn new Technologies and try to implement them in his work!! It's very nice to get associated with a person like Lokesh and I wish him all the very best for whatever he choose to be!!
You are a brilliant student and I know you will be a brilliant addition to the world. Go show them what you've got to offer and make a difference !!
Lokesh worked with our operational team supporting monthly closings and providing system support. He was a quick learner and was always very thorough when completing his duties. We were sad to see him move from team but were thrilled to see him advancing in the organization so quickly. Lokesh would be a very valuable asset to any IT team.
Projects
You'll find some interesting stuff here.
Cloud Architecture
Monolithic App Migration
Designed and implemented the migration of a monolithic offers management app to a Service-oriented Architecture application.ß Broke down each functionality into individual service components supporting fetch, modify, and create operations, enhancing application development and architecture.
Machine Learning
Ionosphere signal predictions
The objective of the project is to measure the accuracies of ‘good’ instances and ‘bad’ cases by feeding the dataset to KNN, GLM, decision trees and implemented ensambling techniques to improve the overall performance of the models.
Image Predictions
MNIST data predictions
This project generates a 28X28 grayscale image which represents a handwritten digit starting from 0 to 9 integers. Trained 784 regression tree models and then applied predictions on the 784 regression models and with input labels from 0 to 9.
Artificial Intelligence
Neural Networks
This project is to train a feedforward neural network model to execute a binary coded decimal (BCD) adder problem. I worked on the design of the neural network model by experimenting with different combinations of hidden layers and neurons.
